For churches
Donor management built around donor care, not just data
Track giving, follow up with every giver personally, and know the moment a major gift lands — on its own, or right inside your MinistryStats scorecard.
In development now — used every week inside a real multi-site church.
The trap most donor tools set
Between a spreadsheet and a suite
A spreadsheet
Cheap, but everything lives in your head. Donors slip through, follow-up is manual, and one wrong sort scrambles a year of history.
A bloated CRM suite
Powerful, pricey, and built for a full-time data team you don't have. You pay for 200 features to use 15 — and 'call sales' to find out the price.
Donor Care
The follow-up built in, the price on the page, and unlimited users so your whole team can care for donors — without the suite or the sales call.
For your church
Care for givers, not just count them
See who needs you this week
Donor Care surfaces the givers due for a thank-you or a check-in, so your team follows up before the moment passes.
Bring giving in from Pushpay
Sync your giving automatically, match it to the right donor, and skip the manual export-import dance every Monday morning.
Every campus, or just one
Scope donor care by campus or see the whole church — the same flexibility your MinistryStats scorecard already gives you.
Part of your full scorecard
Donor Care lives right alongside attendance, groups, and goals in MinistryStats — one login, one picture of your church.
Two ways to run it
Use it on its own — or as part of MinistryStats
Run Donor Care as your entire donor system: import your donors, track giving, and steward every relationship. Or, if you are a church already using MinistryStats, switch it on and it sits right inside your scorecard next to attendance, groups, and goals. Same product — your call.
Built to be trusted
Secure by design, not by promise
Donor and giving data is the most sensitive thing you hold, so we protect it by construction. It is off until an administrator turns it on, granted only to the specific people you choose, and enforced at the database level — hiding a screen is never our only defense. Donor details stay out of logs and reports.
These are the same standards our privacy policy spells out.
From the person who built it

I'm Ken Kicker, and I run operations at a multi-site church — which makes me the person who has to care for our givers well, not just count them.
I built Donor Care because the tools for this were either a spreadsheet that forgot things or a bloated suite priced for a big development office. I wanted something that helped a small team actually follow up — and I use it every week.
If you want to talk through how your church or nonprofit cares for its donors, you will talk to me. The person who built it, and still uses it.

Questions & answers
The short answers
Can we use Donor Care without the rest of MinistryStats?
Yes. It runs as a standalone donor system, or as a module inside your MinistryStats scorecard. It is the same product either way.
Where does our giving data come from?
You can import it from a spreadsheet, enter it directly, or sync it automatically from Pushpay.
Is our donor data secure?
Yes. Donor and giving features are off by default, granted per person, and protected at the database level. Details stay out of logs and reports.
How many staff can use it?
As many as you want. Every plan includes unlimited users, because caring for donors is a team effort.
