Multi-campus basics

MinistryStats was built for multi-site churches, so campuses are a first-class idea, not an afterthought. Each campus keeps its own numbers, and they roll up into one church-wide picture.

Each campus records its own numbers

Every campus enters its own weekly numbers. The campus PIN on the entry forms keeps this clean — someone at your east campus enters the PIN for that campus, and their numbers are attributed to it automatically. Nobody has to remember to tag which location a number belongs to. See Recording your weekly numbers.

Everything rolls up

On your dashboards, an All Campuses view shows every campus rolled together into church-wide totals — your whole church on one scorecard. You can then switch to a single campus to see just its numbers.

This is the core value for a multi-site church: compare campuses side by side, and see the whole church, without stitching separate spreadsheets together every week.

Goals across campuses

Goals and pacing work alongside campuses so you can see how the church as a whole is tracking, as well as how an individual campus is doing. Start with church-wide goals for the numbers your leadership watches most, and add campus-level detail as you need it. See Setting goals and pacing.

Getting set up for multiple campuses

Your campuses, their names, and their PINs are configured for your church during setup. If you add a campus, or want to change how one is set up, an administrator (or MinistryStats support) handles it — it's part of how your account is configured, not something each user sets themselves.

If something looks wrong

• A campus's numbers are missing — check that its numbers are being recorded with that campus's PIN. Numbers entered under the wrong PIN land on the wrong campus.
• You need a campus added or renamed — this is a setup change; ask an administrator on your account or email support.
