Reading your dashboard
Your dashboard turns the numbers you record into a scorecard — one screen that shows how your whole church is doing at a glance, and whether you're on track toward your goals.
The all-church scorecard
When you sign in, you land on your all-church view: the key numbers for your entire church in one place — attendance, groups, giving, first-time guests, and whatever else you track. Each metric shows its recent value and how it's trending.
Think of it as the one screen you'd want open on a Monday morning to answer "how did the weekend go?" without opening five spreadsheets.
Reading goal pacing
The most important thing your dashboard shows isn't just what happened — it's whether you're on track. Where you've set a goal, the scorecard shows your pacing: are you ahead of, on, or behind the pace you'd need to hit that goal.
This is the difference between a number that just sits there and a number you can steer toward. A goal stops being a year-end surprise and becomes something you can see and adjust every week. (Setting those goals is covered in Setting goals and pacing.)
Digging into a specific area
The all-church scorecard is the summary. When you want more detail on one area — groups, kids, finance, first impressions, and so on — open that area's own dashboard. Each one shows the fuller picture for that ministry: more metrics, more history, more context than fits on the summary.
Switching campuses
If your church has more than one campus, your dashboard includes an All Campuses view plus a way to focus on a single campus. Switch to one campus to see just its numbers, or stay on All Campuses to see everything rolled together. (More on this in Multi-campus basics.)
Where the numbers come from
Everything on your dashboard is built from what your team records in the entry forms — nothing here is entered by hand. If a number looks wrong on the dashboard, the fix is almost always in the underlying entry, not the dashboard itself. See Recording your weekly numbers.
If something looks wrong
- A number seems off — check the weekly entry it came from; the dashboard simply reflects what was recorded.
- You can't see a certain area or campus — what you can see depends on your role and access. An administrator can adjust it. See Managing users and roles.
